Apartments Katičin

We spent 4 nights at this location. It had a holiday resort vibe with multiple apartments and the adjoining outdoor/recreational areas. The pool was fantastic and we really enjoyed swimming to cool off in the summer heat (the air conditioning was great too during those +32C days). The ping pong and pool tables also kept us well entertained. Since the apartments were up in the hills there was a nice view all the way to the sea and the surrounding area had a charming, rustic/old town ambience.

Several restaurants and a well-provisioned supermarket can be found within a short walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. All in all we had a 5/5 stay and we would definitely come back again! The only drawback I can think of was the location: it was a little tricky to get there since we had to first catch a ferry from Zadar's old town to the town of Preko on the island and then walk for about 45 mins to get there. We could have of course taken a taxi from Preko but we wanted to cut back on unnecessary expenses.

Overall this was definitely a 5 star experience! Highly recommended.

An amazing place !!! 100% recommend, hosts were so lovely and the place itself is beautiful. Great BBQ pit and pool, lovely facilities and very accessible to the main port. Can't wait to visit again!

Super schönes Feierhaus. Wohnungen geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr schön angelegter Garten mit Pool, BBQ, Billard, Tischtennis, etc.. sehr ruhige Anlage. Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer (ca. 7 Minuten). Ca 15 Minuten vom Supermarkt entfernt. Milena, die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich. Können wir definitiv weiter empfehlen 🚀

Super miejsce, piękne otoczenie. Jest duży basen, sala gier, bilard, ping pong i rzutki. Piękne pokoje, śliczne przejścia w całym ośrodku. Z balkoników bajeczny widok, dużo zieleni i miejsc do spędzenia czasu w samotności. W pokojach klima i prześliczne okiennice. Polecam na wyjazd wziąć zatyczki do uszu. Cykady cykają. 😁

Bardzo czysty i funkcjonalny apartament.Cudowny ogród z widokiem.Atrakcje dla dzieci.Blisko na plażę i do centrum Preko.No i oczywiście wspaniali gospodarze.Atmosfera rodzinna.Na pewno wrócimy

Szuper házigazdák, tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt apartman, a tenger mellett a medencét is jól kihasználtuk családilag! A kilátás is pompás, köszönjük!

Zur Anlage gehörender Grill und überall Sitzplätze! Tolle Einführung in die Anlage bekommen. Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver vorhanden. Appartements schön verwinkelt und immer mit Außenbestuhlung. Absolute EMPFEHLUNG!

Urokliwe miejsce! Jesteśmy tu po raz pierwszy z dziećmi i jest wspaniale👌 znajomi już 3 raz więc to o czymś świadczy.
Apartament jest klimatyzowany, czysto, schludnie, pełne wyposażenie kuchni.
Basen i teren bardzo zadbany!
Spędziliśmy przemily urlop 🤩😁👌👍
