Villa Renipol

Villa Renipol is an absolutely wonderful and relaxing place! It’s very centrally though quietly located. You can hear the circads sing, but reach the pier (with restaurants, shops and ferry) within minutes. Also, the beach with it’s clear water is just two minutes on foot away. Our room (Apartment 3) was rather small, but equipped with absolutely everything we needed. (AC, Fridge, Water kettle, microwave…) We also really enjoyed the big pool and the beautiful pool area. Not to mention the balcony with its amazing view!
The hosts were super kind and helpful throughout our stay. Vladimir even fetched us from the ferry in Supetar. They were always available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

The accommodation was perfectly clean and comfortable, fitted for our purposes. The apartment (included kitchen and bathroom) was fully equipped, we always found everything that was needed. Unfortunately we haven't had the time to use the barabcaue in the garden (but there would have been a possibility) - however, we used the pool in some cases and that was nice.
Our host was Vladimir: he was very friendly and always helpful. He gave us some useful information about the surroundings and offered his help in case of need.

Stayed here 8 days and really liked it. Very nice owners who work very hard to make sure you feel welcome.

Rooms are simple and clean. But why would you sit inside when you can lay at the pool! Balcony view is really great were you can see the sea and sunset.

Nice small Village within 10 minutes walking. Make sure to rent a car, there are many great other places on the island!

Very nice apartment with excellent hosts. They gave us home made welcome drinks and plenty of tips for Brac and the other islands. This place is ideal for exploring the rest of the island. The rooms are a bit dated but this gets widely compensated. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance. Sutivan center is also very close.
Sutivan is also one of the loveliest towns on Brac. There is not much traffic in the center and there are enough restaurants to eat with a nice view.

Great apartment in close walking distance to Sutivan beaches, restaurants and port. Renata was very helpful with check-in and gave lots of useful information about the local area and supported us to arrange a transfer to our ferry. Great facilities: excellent BBQ area, pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again!

I went on holiday with my family to Sutivan and we found this amazing villa. The place is very close to the town centre and the most beatiful beaches around the Island and still located in a lovely and quite spot of the Island with an incredible view over the sea.
The place was incredibly clean and with all the conforts.
But the cherry on cake was the swimmingpool and the jacuzzi.
The hosts Renata and Paul are lovely people , they really pay attention to details and they make you feel at home.
We had an amazing holiday, and yes I definetely raccomend this place!!

This is my wife and I 5th visit to Sultivan, and each time we stay at Villa Renipol.
We simply love this place because it is just what we look for in a apartment, really helpful and very kind hosts, who we are proud to say the whole family we consider as friends.
The Villa is in the perfect situation for the beaches and the harbour where you find the restaurants and bars.
You can easily park a car or motorcycle.
It has a fantastic swimming pool and even a jacuzzi, along side beautiful paved area for sun bathing, there is also a barbecue area which guests can use at any time.
We cannot recommend this place enough, it is five stars all the way.

We, a Swedish family with two kids, really enjoyed our 8 day visit at Villa Renipol. Renata and her family were lovely and very helpful. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and the village centre. The apartment was well equiped and the pool nice and fresh. I hope we will back.

Location of Sutivan was great for a one week visit in Brac. The owner family was really friendly and helpful. The view from our apartement (number 5), over the village to Split, was amazing. Nice local beaches were in walking distance. Kids really enjoyed the pool! Possibility to use the washing machine was a really nice extra service. I would highly recommend a visit to Brac if you are not fond of super turistic places but rather like experiencing local traditional culture and atmosphere - and driving on narrow county roads.

We are family leaving in London with a 9 year old daughter.
I have been many places like this and I have to be honest one of the most important thing to me is the host. Renata and Paul are excellent hosts they treat is very well, made us feel welcome, they also provided us with a lots of information of Sutivan and the Brac in general so we can take the most out of our Holiday.

The Villa is well located literally 5 mins walk to the city centre, the beach and restaurants, also you can easily get access to the Villa by driving. Swimming pool and very clean and the villa it self has great views.

I will definitely coming back here again!!

Casa perfetta per posizione e comodità. Minimale ma avete tutto il necessario. Vladimir ci ha aspettato ed accolto con professionalità, simpatia e disponibilità. Si è reso sempre disponibile per consigli o chiacchiere piacevoli così come la sua famiglia. Abbiamo anche acquistato da loro del buon olio, prodotto genuino e di eccellente qualità.
Sutivan è stata per noi un buon punto di permanenza in quanto è un porto ne troppo grande ne troppo piccolo, animato ma tranquillo. Ottime spiagge tranquille o centrali, a seconda di quello che preferisci. Ottimo punto di partenza per dei giri in BCD e/o MTB, le strade sono tenute benissimo e le macchine hanno rispetto!
Grazie ancora per averci dato la possibilità di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza sull’isola di Brač

Perfect house in terms of location and comfort. Minimal but you have everything you need. Vladimir waited and welcomed us with professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. He was always available for advice or pleasant conversation as was his family. We also bought good oil from them, a genuine product of excellent quality.
Sutivan was a good place for us to stay as it is a port that is neither too big nor too small, lively but quiet. Excellent quiet or central beaches, depending on what you prefer. Great starting point for BCD and/or MTB tours, the roads are well maintained and the cars have respect!
Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to enjoy our holiday on the island of Brač.
