CRO SEA Villas (Best Host d.o.o.)

Spent a lovely week in Villa Vitae, the villa has everything you need and the hosts Tamara and Ivan are available at any time for advice on restaurants, trips etc . Sutivan is a great location, has a real local feel, bars and restaurants a short walk from the villa, would highly recommended this villa !

Pristine, luxurious villa with superb sea views just a pretty ten minute walk from unspoilt Sutivan, which has an excellent choice of traditional restaurants. Hosts Ivan and Tamara are so friendly and helpful. Plenty of space for 6 adults and a baby. The quality of our villa was 5 star+ with spacious rooms, comfy beds, excellent showers and a fantastic pool and terrace with marvellous views. We will return!

I have just come back from spending a week in one of the Villas. They are finished to a igh specification, exactly as seen in the pictures. Very clean. We were very happy with our stay, the Villa is on a slight hill which gives an amazing view of the sea and the hills/mountains in the background. I could seat easilly for hours just looking at the view, the pool was lovely, as was the gym, although I didn't spend much time in there! The village is quiet, some great food places from quick bar type places to high end quality restaurants.

All in all a great restful vacation which was just what I was looking for, I recommend these Villas and the Village highly and I will be back, maybe this time bring more of my family and taking both Villas.

It was a pleasure to spend our time in this villa for several reasons: the hosts (Ivan and Tamara) are the best. The villa has all facilities and is really comfortable. Furthermore, the location is amazing, 1min walk to the beach, 10min walk to cozy bars and restaurants and the view… is breathtaking!

We’ve just spent the perfect week at Ivan’s beautiful Villa Pax.

From our first contact, Ivan was the perfect host. He responded quickly to emails and sent us lots of information to help us plan our trip.
Ivan met us at the villa, the fridge was stocked with our pre ordered groceries, the wine fridge full of delicious local wines (€20 a bottle), the pool tempting us to dive in!

The house is superbly equipped. From the abundance of soft towels, robes, every kitchen gadget you could name, brilliant fitness equipment in the gym, ample sunbeds, tables and chairs for 8 people, even charcoal for the outside grill, you want for nothing.

The villa is a stylish, contemporary build, with extensive views across to the mainland. It’s a short 15 minute stroll into the picturesque village of Sutivan, where you’ll find a bakery, bars, numerous restaurants, bike hire and small supermarkets. If you’re happy with the beach and pool, you’ll want for little else.

We hired a car which allowed us to explore a little further and dine out at some of the islands best restaurants all recommended by Ivan.
We hired a small boat and were able to explore the west coastline and stunning bays and inlets for snorkelling and swimming in turquoise crystal blue waters. We also took a day cruise from Milna (a beautiful port) and explored the Blue Cave, Vis and Hvar town. A fabulous day out.

We’ve never visited Croatia before but we all fell head of heels in love with the friendly locals, stunning scenery, beautiful architecture and the island of Brač. We can’t recommend Villa Pax highly enough. We hope to be back soon!

We took the two villas, one for adults and one for our teenagers. They exceeded our expectations and we spent a very nice vacation overlooking the sea, walking to the nearby beach (great blue sea) and swimming in the pools. The villas were fully equipped and had everything you could imagine, in the rooms, the kitchen, living room, external areas and gym. Ivan and Tamara were careful and attentive to all our needs. We will hopefully return!!!

Fantastic Villa finished to a very high standard.
Everything is top spec and the owners couldn’t do enough to help.
Sutivan is a lovely little village.
The villa is on a hill. Fine as long as you don’t struggle walking up a hill.
Beaches are close. Bars and restaurants also.
Resort is cheap. Jet skiing was close by also.
Boat trip organised by the owners was fantastic.
Speedboat from the airport is a great way to start the holiday as well

Holidays are something we all look forward to, to rest and enjoy with both our soul and body among other things, together with family and friends.
We are glad that we never have to look for a place again when we have found the Adriatic pearl. Cannot get closer to the Mediterranean paradise than this, the incredible hospitable reception is just the start of a magical holiday.
There is nothing that you will miss here, there is everything you need, you sleep in beds like clouds well rested every morning as you wake up to have a really hot freshly ground coffee by the pool and watch the sunrise over the magical Adriatic sea, what a fantastic view.
The high classic standard and the well-planned modern house where they have thought of every little detail from top to toe makes you forget sometimes reality.
We have traveled to many countries and cities trust us this is not something anyone wants to miss, because this is a memory we will carry with us forever.
Thank you so much Ivan and Tamara you have welcomed us with so much warmth and we are bringing so many fantastic memories.

Really an amazing experience! From the new amenities like infinity pools and scenic views from all rooms to the local village of Sutivan being quaint and old town relaxing. Highly recommend doing island hopping and maybe a chefs night or wine tour in Bol but don’t forget to leave yourself one day to chill at the pool and enjoy the view. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.
