Grubic is one of Istrias leading producers of high quality olive oil. We booked the VIP package for 150 KN that includes a tour of the production facility and an oil tasting including a rich platter of local foods and wine. The well versed host patiently answers all your questions you may have providing super interesting facts and insights around all topics of olive oil.

Absolutely best olive oil I tasted in my life. It is expensive. But it worth every single cent. Get the most expensive one, the taste of it is very fresh and grassy, you won't be disappointed at all!!

Bale and nearby Vodnjan are the home of some of the best olive oils in the world.(Together with northern Istria Buje-Momjan-Oprtalj-Motovun area) According to scientists, jury, and aficionados. Grubić is one of them. Also, most of the champions bring their olives here for pressing and extracting. So this place is kind of a shrine for such a noble product that is a symbol of Istrian culture and history.
