Winery Bezek

Not only did we have a wonderful experience tasting wines, but our host turned us on to some wonderful suggestions for local dinner options, and other ideas. She was patient and caring and we had a wonderful experience. And the wine was fantastic! It is a very charming, local place that has been in the family for multiple generations. Unlike some of the larger vineyards that feel corporate, this is a family winery with great character that you will enjoy!

Fabulous winery. The winemaker Ivan explained the wines and served them himself. 5?tastings and a liqueur each. Fabulous. All no charge but we had to take a bottle with us!

Great palace with interesting wine selection and nice service. My favourites were the oakish and full-bodied red.

A small family run winery that’s been in operation for several generations. The wines were excellent and the information about the local growing conditions and practices was very interesting as it is rather unique from ones I have seen in California, Australia, Italy and Germany.
I have been on several wine tasting experiences in many countries, and I found this to be one of my most informative, enjoyable and delicious experiences.
We tested all their wines along with cheeses and prosciutto from Sinj. Very reasonably priced tasting and wines (we bought a few bottles 😁)

We had the most outstanding winetasting at Bezek winery this past weekend. My wife and I are visiting Croatia for the week and we were interested in touring wine country. We stumbled upon this small winery, family owned, which is very intimate and has excellent wines. The knowledge shared with us was parochial and very helpful, and the wines were all lovely and paired very well with the local cheeses, bread and meat. I couldn’t emphasize more what a great experience this was for my wife and I!
We are members at four California ‘new world’ wineries, having lived in California for six years; and this area of Croatia, in regards to topography, intimacy and quality of the wine reminds us of what once was in California.
Please experience it yourself, and stop in to Bezek if in the area!

Great family run place, the tuna starters were top and the meat "peka" style even better. This was all topped up w great Bezek wines. We had outstanding service and great wine talks with Ivan and his wife.

Absolutely amazing place. It’s a family business with more then 100 years history! We had free degustation of 4 types of vine and 5 types of liquors. Excellent flavors and quality! Ivan told us a lot of interesting facts about vine production, history and traditions of this place! He has real passion and love to what he does! Except vine you can buy here olive oil, honey, some accessories. Thanks a lot and highly recommended to visit!

Alot has changed since we last visited the peljesac peninsula in 2017. This winery reminded us of all the places we visited back then. Family run, they answer the phone, explains the wine and help with the pouring. Many locals popped in for a glass while we were there.
Call ahead to arrange a degustation with your tasting. Everything was incredible. We walked away with several bottles of wine and liqueurs to take home.

This winery has a lovely room and very attentive service. We enjoyed the wine tasting, especially the Rose and the Visniaj liqueur.

This is one of the best experience i had, the host was hospitable, warm and friendly. He is also really passionate about the wines his family produce and it comes through in his presentation of the wines. Highly recommended for people to visit

Great winery with great people. We bought several wines here. Prices are quite high but the quality of wine is impressive. You can taste everything they have. They accept revolut payment through QR code.

Amazing wine and very tasty cheese, unfortunately we are traveling without checked in luggage so we couldn’t buy more wine, but all of the wines we tasted were so flavorful, balanced and high quality. The view from their balcony is beautiful, we highly recommend this place!

Great wines, great service, great prices. The owner is very approachable and knowledgeable about wine. He himself said he could talk about it all day. We were able to try almost everything from their extensive selection of wines, and some rakijas as well. The most interesting part was hearing about the complex topography of Pelješac and how wine from the same grape can result in so many different variations. A must try when in the area.

Visiting Winery Bezek was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of our expectations. As a group of eight, we embarked on this journey together, hoping to find great wine and a memorable experience. We left with not just a delightful taste in our mouths.

The informative tour unveiled the fascinating world of winemaking, delivered by the passionate and knowledgeable Ivan.

It was a tranquil setting that welcomed us into the serene world of grapevines and wines, setting the stage for the memorable night ahead.

The tasting session was another standout. We were given the opportunity to sample a variety of their wines, each with its unique character and exquisite flavour profiles. From the robust, full-bodied reds to the crisp, refreshing whites and enchanting rosés, each wine had its distinct charm that delighted our palates.

To top it all, each wine was paired with tuna tartare and sashimi but the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the lamb under the bell, this was the best we'd ever had, succulent and bursting with flavours and the octopus, too, was outstanding, prepared to perfection and was an instant hit amongst our group.

In conclusion, Winery Bezek provided a sublime experience that extended beyond just wine tasting. It was an education, a journey through the art of winemaking, and a social gathering all rolled into one. I would highly recommend Winery Bezek to anyone, whether you're a seasoned wine aficionado or a curious novice looking to learn more about this timeless craft. This gem in the vineyards deserves more than five stars.

Highly recommended for wines and amazing food you can agree with wine testing. Amazing hospitality and wine and food knowledge which they are sharing and answering all the questions. We spent great evening which I hope we will have a check to repeat.

I needed a wine. He wasn't home and all wineries on Pelješac were closed. But after a call to his cellphone, he came in 10 minutes.
