Zoran Matkovic in particular shepherded the transaction through, working to reach agreement and iron out any issues between us and the seller. At the first viewing, he pre-emptied all my questions, volunteering all the information that I could possibly need to know as an overseas buyer. He really pulled out all the stops in getting us our perfect holiday home by the sea with an unobstructed sea view! - and all was taken care of beautifully within a short period of time. Throughout, he was excellent at keeping in touch, patient with us and was realistic and candid. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly or quickly, in no small part down to Mr Matkovic.
