Once you visit baska, just take a walk for a while for more pure fresh air with stunning view. It’s quite nice place to stop by.

Do not miss this place if you’re in Krk, amazing views and easy to reach. The last 800 m of the steep road is very narrow so we didn’t take our car but some people drive up to the church. There’s a trail starting behind the old church that leads you through the forest and many viewpoints - it’s easy and fine for children. Take the trail even if you have 1 hour to spend, you don’t have to reach the very top to enjoy it.

Vibrant place to visit. Recommended to visit in off season as it was pretty busy even on the 1st of May. Make sure you have proper hiking shoes and the track towards the peak is a very nice walk with superior views. little bit rocky surface But It is also mountain bike rideable.

Nice trail for hiking or running. You should walk / run after the Kastel higher to a nice viewpoint.

Not far from the beach you can find a majestic piece of history. The Baska Castle ruins are taking visitor back in time. On the top you will find the church of St. Ivan and absolutely amazing view and photo point. While visiting Baska you should definitely put that on your bucket list! Highly recommended.
!!!Attention visitor: Please respect this historical landmark, flora and fauna and help to keep them in good condition for generations to come. Thank you. 🙂

Great place to see with nice views along the way. There's not much left of the buildings, apart from the church and a little chapel, but there are old walls and ruins scattered around the place.

Idyllic atmosphere with a view overlooking Baška and the other surrounding islands. The church isnt that great, but there are trails leading from it ranging 2-5 km to offer further views.

Great view, easy to get to, definitely worth to make a small visit here if you are anyway in baska and look for a great view over the city from a historical place which is quite devastated, meaning its just s few bricks left, but anyway its a nice feeling there

Beautiful view from above, road to the top is really narrow so keep that in mind. There are few places where you can let other cars pass but generally you will have to give a way. There is a lot of tourist walking on the road.

A great view of the whole Baska bay from top of the hill.

Only one car fits the road so drive super safely. It's probably better to reach by foot (but be prepared for a steep hike).

Breathtaking view. Is worth the way up. You can park directly beside the castle for free or on the base for around 4kn/h.
The tower can't be entered but that's okay. Would recommend going up by foot due to the narrow street where it gets tricky if there needs to be space for 2 cars.
