What is Ekocenter? Beyond being a beautiful place with cute small buildings and spacious gardens, is an organization that is sustained by the passion of 3 impeccable coordinators and an amazing cook. Talking about the cook, she has the power of brightening our souls not only with her remarkable meals, but also with her daily hugs and compliments. Mario and Ivan, the coordinators with whom we spend most of our time, are simply extraordinary people. I have been in many Erasmus+ projects, but I never saw such a personal and professional investment before. Apart from his great skills in doing bonfires and organizing logistics, Ivan is a very interesting interlocutor from which I have learnt a lot about history, deep reflections and life experiences. When it comes to Mario, it is an objective fact how charismatic and passionate he is at explaining, communicating, organizing and instructing. His serenity and sense of humor make us feel that everything is very fun and easyg-oing even when the organization has a lot of work to do. Finally, Danijela, our mentor, is the material representation of sweetness and kindness. Adding to the fact of being a fantastic cook, she is always there to listen to us, to help us feel comfortable and satisfied here. I just can afirm that it was one of the greatest experiences in my life. I was in the right place, with the right people, in the right time :)

I spent 10 great days in Eko Centar. The volunteers here (Mario, Danijela, Ivan and Mihaela) are not bored of sharing their knowledge and remaking the world around a fire with the volunteers. The expected amount of work for volunteers is not high compared to the time we had for chilling and the amazing food that we had (Danijela, I will come from France to eat at your place when you open your restaurant). I also had the feeling of being part of this village, helping around and waving at the neighboors and enjoyed being in the nature. Such amazing discoveries and such a nice time here !

I just had a wonderful stay at Eko Centar Latinovač, working as a woofer for 10 days. We've shared and learned so many things thanks to the awesome team composed of Danijela, Mario, Ivan and Mihaela ! It was the first time I did such an experience and it will stay forever a lovely memory, I sincerely hope that I will have the opportunity to meet you guys again! Thanks a lot again for your time, your knowledge, the beers around the fire, the awesome food... for letting us into your community!

Hello from Turkey. I lived in this place for 2 months and everything was great. Danijela, Ivane, Mario, Drago and local people were excellent people. A great place for nature lovers! Thank you for a stress-free calm life.

Latinovac is a magical place. Its surroundings, the hospitality of the villagers and the awesome sky make you disconnect from the outside world and feel at home since the very first day. I spent a month doing an European Solidarity Corps project at Ekocenter with other 15 volunteers from different countries and I had an amazing experience. We learnt about permaculture and gardening, helped the villagers and organized workshops for children, apart from discovering the Požega-Slavonia region.

If you are considering doing an ESC project or workaway in Ekocentar, don't think twice: you'll have your best time there.

Eko centar Lationovac is always worth a visit and just after a few hours you will notice the effect this place has on anyone. Simply peaceful, fun and inspirational. Really helps you (re-)connect with nature, others and yourself

I spend a great time there !! If you look for a peaceful atmospher, great people connected to the nature, a place desconnected place,... YOU SHOULD GO THERE !!!

A magical place where I enjoyed nature and learned about permaculture. Part of the greenway route, I highly recommend a visit or a stay, you will feel good vibes here!

Baš nam je bilo super na proljetnom festivalu! Uživali smo u svakom trenutku. Doći ćemo opet!
