The hotel is very nice and clean. Front desk staff was superb. Breakfast in the hotel was top notch. Hotel itself is very very well maintained from the rooms to the hallways to the restaurant.

The hotel if arriving by plane is simple. One straight street out the door of the airport for maybe 10km(check google maps as I am guessing on distance) and take left at the traffic light with the sign and there.is the hotel. Hotel has free parking.

This is a hotel if I am in the area I would definitely return to.

Only draw back is its not in DUBROVNIK where the "action" and sightseeing is. U will need a car or other transportation. As for a car driving is easy but parking downtown is very tough!

Walking distance to a small grocery store and a few restaurants... can't say much about the pool or other summer activities as we were there and it was spring time.

Moat important part the rooms: They were very adequate and updated rooms. I can't compare them to anything else but my rooms was clean and had all the basic needs.

Very spacious rooms. Excellent amenities and service. Very close to Dubrovnik. Not so good beach front but i guess its a good spot for families with small kids. Not sure about the parking as it was free during our stay for New Year’s Eve but there are signs that say 3€/h. Very small pool outdoors. Indoors was ok.

Stayed in the apartments, very nice. Only drawback would be a shared patio balcony and poor furniture.

Pool area nice and very close to the beach. Pool was never overcrowded which was great.

No salt and pepper or basic kitchen necessities.

Hotel staff all very nice.

One other issue was that we didn’t have breakfast with our room, but on one day we decided to pay for breakfast. On multiple occasions a waitress came over and tried to make us pay in the middle of eating our food which is ridiculous.

We spent just a night but wish it had been longer. After staying just outside of Old Town it was so nice to be in a quiet place. The pool was relaxing. Nice close beach. We ate at Lungomara which is on property. The room was big, bed extra comfy and the patio overlooking the pool towards the sea was gorgeous for a night cap.

Location: About 20 minutes from the Old Town by Uber. There were cars nearby almost all the time - we never waited for more than 5 minutes.

Amenities: Access to indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the private beach.

Food: The breakfast buffet was a dream. Two omelet/egg stations, fresh fruit, delectable desserts... just perfect. Well-run too. The buffet stands were always refilled, and tables cleared quickly.

Travel with a baby: The staff set up a cot for us, and there were highchairs available in the restaurant so our toddler was comfortable. The only tricky part was that the room fridge only kept food cool - not cold. So we didn't want to store milk in there for an extended period. We also requested that the staff heat up some food for us in a microwave, which was not accessible to the public, and took a while to get done. Not a significant issue - and we are thankful for their help. Just a note to keep in mind if you are bringing a small child and need either a fridge or a microwave.

Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff were excellent.

Other: Walk along the promenade just outside the hotel for access to the beach, a few nice restaurants, and a spectacular view of the sea.

Amazing hotel with an awesome spa, which is open 24 hours a day along with the Gym!

The location is perfect as the beach is just behind the hotel, the water taxi into Dubrovnik is only a short 10 minute walk away.

I was able to park my hire car under the hotel at no extra cost.

I did find the hotel expensive for food and snacks, in comparison to other locations such as Spain.

Such a perfect hotel experience! We have stayed there 6 nights and we will definitely come back.

The rooms are very, very clean, the hotel and its amenities feel perfectly neat. We greatly appreciated the beach and spa areas. The only tiny thing to consider for the hotel management is the freshness and absence of stains on beach towels - but most of the time, they feel like new.

Breakfast is really nice, various and the food is of excellent quality.

The services are great, the staff of the hotel are all welcoming and extremely helpful and arranging. It just feels good to always receive a smile from them!

Sheraton is perfectly situated in a small village just about 15 min Uber ride from the city. We particularly liked the calmness and direct access to the beach from the place.

To conclude: for everyone who hesitates, please don’t! You won’t regret your excellent stay :)

Hotel is very conveniently located with its own little beach area to hang out at. Restaurants and pool are really nice. People are very friendly and courteous. Service is excellent.
Food was not as thrilling as we had heard, but fairly decent and reasonable.
The atmosphere and ambience is awesome.
Just great to relax and chill the heck out🙂

I’m pretty sure this is our favorite hotel. There is not a nicer hotel in the Croatian Coast than Sheraton Dubrovnik. We were greeted By Ilija out front. He took care of our luggage and off we were to the check in. Paula the Front Desk receptionist couldn’t have been never and more professional during our check in. During our stay the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nicely updated. Highly recommend the Sheraton Dubrovnik.

We loved everything about this hotel including the fact that it is NOT in Dubrovnik. We enjoyed the quiet and less crowded beaches of Srebreno just behind the hotel.

Good breakfast spread at the hotel’s on site restaurant. Nice pool bar as well. There are hotel’s and other restaurants on the beach.

A mall near by is helpful for shopping if your baggage is delayed or if you didn’t pack for the weather.

Big rooms with balconies. Lots of closet space. Indoor pool, Outdoor pool and a decent gym.

While hotel offers ample free parking, it’s better to Uber (12-13 Euros) to Dubrovnik as parking there is a nightmare.

This is really one of those hotels that actually deserves five stars. The hotel is pretty much spotless, with an amazing pool area a calm semi-private beach where guests of the hotel can enjoy the sun beds for free. The rooms are big, luxurious and very comfortable with a big balcony that we really enjoyed in the evenings.

What really stands out though, is the service. Everyone is smiling and taking that extra step to make make you enjoy your stay. Any small mistakes by the staff was corrected without hesitation. The breakfast was incredible, and we especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice they offered separately which was amazing.

However, we do have some minor complaints. We were disappointed to know that breakfast was not included when we booked through Marriott Bonvoy points. Instead we had to pay an extra 16 euros per day and person for this, which was acceptable for a good breakfast buffet like this. Also, there is no mini bar, and the fridge in the room could not really chill any drinks enough which was a bummer. But overall, the stay was really good.

Thanks to our Marriott and Expedia status, all the hotels we've stayed at during this trip upgraded our rooms. Sheraton Dubrovnik felt more like a 5-star hotel compared to our current stay at Le Méridien Lav, Split. It boasted great staff, a fantastic location, a spacious, comfortable room with an excellent layout, and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great place. I like to go running and although you will only get around 6km outdoors without hitting the main roads , there is a gym , sauna, steam and jacuzzi to finish off and freshen up. The sea access is within the hotel and shallow with lots of kids playing there. Food and service is great! Love this place and love to come back again

The hotel offers a relaxing stay in a quiet village about 14km, 20 min taxi from Dubrovnik. We stayed here after spending 3 nights at the Hilton in Dubrovnik.

We stayed in a corner suite which provided 2 balconies, one overlooking the pool, the other the garden and sea. Large modern rooms, good breakfast and meals. The hotel offered a-la-carte and a pizza restaurant on the main seafront promenade and a buffet in the main building, we tried all three and each had merit and offered value for money.

The swimming pool area was large and accommodated guests adequately. We had no issues with people bed blocking and you could always find beds before 11 and after 2.

Nearby restaurants were good and the sea was clean and offered a refreshing alternative to the pool.

It is approximately 1.8 km from the city Centre and the walk to the city centre is not very nice but in total with the experience of service, possibilities in the room and at the breakfast are enormous. Parking is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly any attentive

Booked this hotel via Expedia and oh well oh well, how can i start, what an amazing hotel, with great staff from reception to the concierge to f&b and housekeeping, they all have done out of the way to make sure me and my family to enjoy our trip to max, i mean it to fullest, lovely hotel, great rooms, stayed at a connecting suite to twin bed room for kids, though had a slight issue with our 1st choice of our room been allocated, reception did not waste any time, but gave us a good alternate room for us to stay for the rest of the duration, good and high quality breakfast buffet with almost same choices, but few new items every day, to keep the interest high, restaurant were amazing for alacarte and buffet, good quality and lots of choices, amazing spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, good size jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, very luxurious hotel and amenities.

Good location of the hotel, 15 min away from the main airport and city just 25 min away.

Thank you to the hotel and its management, sure will higly recomended and sure will be coming back soon

Absolutely amazing stay at the Sheraton with lots of friends and family for a nearby wedding. The rooms and facilities (pool/spa/bar/restaurant) are amazing - and the staff were all so fantastic.

Special thanks to Nikolina who helped organise a very large and complex group booking (~20 people), but everything ran flawlessly.

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in.

Had the sea view w/ balcony. Rooms are spacious, clean and the balcony is a great way to end the night with some wine over looking the pool and sea.

Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful and even with the hotel booked and at capacity I got a late checkout (1:30pm). I thought they would deny my request and I'd have to leave at 12 but anything is great :)

This is a great hotel is an great location - that is the main reason you'll come here.
The hotel is modern with comfortable rooms, they have everything you need.
The pool area is lovely, lots of loungers and very well kept. It also has a public/private beach nearby with excellent views.
Breakfast was good, not great. Don't get me wrong, all the food was nice, there just wasn't anything special - I like it when hotels make a point of offering local tastes.
If you are a Marriott member, I think the only downside is that there is no club lounge and, personally I do not think my membership (titanium) was recognised, no room upgrades, no early or late checkout etc.

Hvala puno to Sheraton Dubrovnik for a wonderful week stay and massive thank you to Nina at concierge for making our wedding anniversary special. Thanks for the bubbly wine and gorgeous cake. We cannot thank you enough. The hotel is beachfront and located in a stunning bay with numerous amenities. Our sea view room on a higher floor was just beautiful. Again thank you so much for everything and hope to return soon.
