Villa Ana

Good location. Easy walk down to central Cavtat. Not so easy walk back up! Only problem was that payment is due in cash. Easy to find ATM’s in Cavtat but beware of charges from EuroNet ATM. Use ATM associated with a bank. Short transfer from the airport. Easy trip to Dubrovnik on bus #10 (4€) to main depot and transfer to 1a or 1b (2€) to Pile Gate Old Town.

We have been visiting Villa Ana since 2010, do I need to say anymore. We love the apartments and have our favorite one which we ask for now. The owners Zelijka and Ana are so friendly and helpful, will do anything for you. The apartments are spotless and serviced every 2 days. There are a lot of stairs and the apartments are half way up a steep hill! Plenty of exercise here. However 3 of the apartments are on the ground floors with enough parking outside.
In a quiet area with fantastic views and sunsets from the large balconies. Cavtat is a great place to visit for all ages. You must go!

Just spent two nights here in top floor apartment 8 . Spotlessly clean , so well appointed, balcony with great views across to the sea the sea and the mountains.Nothing is too much trouble to the owner. Only a short walk to the centre, harbour and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. Clean and spacious accommodation with a great view and lovely swimming pool. Weather was a bit iffy (May) but stayed warm.....just bad luck....but thunderstorms rumbling around the nearby mountains made it spectacular. Easy walk down into town but beware the steep climb back up! Helped to walk off the evening meals!

Great place to stay when visiting Cavtat. The owners are very helpful and simply can't do enough to make their guests visit a great experience.
Very close to the centre of the town and if the hill back is too much for you you can always travel the one stop on the number 10 bus from the centre of the town.
Rooms are impeccably clean and afford great views over the bay.
You simply won't get better than this if looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Very nice place! It's close enough to the city center and beach as well as local restaurant (By the way) and local market (Pemo). It has beautiful view at the bay and the mountains. Accomodation standard is more than expected: kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, comfortable beds and big terrace/balcony. The rooms are house kept every second day which is nice add-on. Service is always willing to help and on place. Highly recommend!

Very nice place for vacation

Unos apartamentos muy bien situados , con aparcamiento . En Cavtat un lugar precioso, buenos restaurantes y con barco que te llevan a Dubrovnik.

El apartamento en el que estuve estaba limpio y bien equipado, una amplia terraza que tenía unas vistas fabulosas al mar y a Dubrovnik, está cerca del centro de Cavtat, donde hay supermercados y restaurantes y parada de bus que lleva a Dubrovnik.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgebern. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt.
Wir durften eine Hilfsbereitschaft erfahren, die wir so nicht kannten. Dafür können wir nur Danke sagen!
Das Apartment liegt super nah an der Altstadt, 10 Min zu Fuß, selbiges gilt für den Strand, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder!

Super Appartement, sehr sauber und ordentlich mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen Autounfall und die zwei Gastgeberdamen waren unendlich hilfsbereit, nett, fürsorglich und haben uns sehr geholfen. 1000 Dank nochmal :-) !!! Klare Empfehlung
