Avantgarde Mlini Dubrovnik Hotel

Very good location near Sheraton Hotel, with some restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets and Gas Station at walking distance.
Very nice friendly older couple that manages the Hotel, big rooms with balcony.
Breakfast is simple but delicious.

We stayed here for a week for our first visit to Croatia and we loved it. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, really helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning was fantastic. Rooms were all of a good standard, nothing to complain about. WiFi was a bit slow and reception in one of the three rooms we had was very poor, but didn't impact our stay too much. Would definitely stay here again. Good location, relatively short walk to get to some very nice restaurants, not far from the beach, but also far enough away that noise from people out for the evening or night wasn't a problem. Highly recommended.

I rarely write google reviews...it was my first time travelling abroad with my 18 year old daughter. Ludmila was WONDERFUL! She was great for recommendations, very kind and friendly. Super accommodating with requests. She made our stay more special!

Awesome find. Close to Dubrovnik (15 euro Uber drive) or 3 euro bus ride with bus stop 3 mins away, Srebreno Beach 7 min away, so anyone can manage even without a car. Good prices and affordable stay, clean rooms and very nice staff. Included breakfast was very decent. It's not a 4 star hotel continental breakfast but it has something for everyone. If you don't find smth to your liking you must be very picky. I strongly believe the photos don't do justice to this property, the rooms (or at least the standard one we stayed in) look a lot better than in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Thanks for having us!

I loved how everything looked so traditional.
Rooms were very cozy, I felt comfortable and atmosphere was great while I was there.
It's only 10 minutes away from the beach which is awesome cause it doesn't include a lot of walking.
You can find nice, elegant restaurants or even bars which are about 3 minutes away.
People were very kind and very helpful.
I really enjoyed it there.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Luke, the host, was lovely. He picked us up from the airport and spent time advising us on place to eat and things to see during our evening. The location is beautiful and the pool made us awake in the morning. The breakfast is really great with tasty prosciutto, ham, cheese  and even omelette and more. Only 5 min from the beach and very comfortable.

Great location. We stayed at the end of April with my family. I liked absolutely everything! And what a wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!!! They cleaned the room in a timely manner, removed the garbage. In general, I liked everything. Very satisfied with the holiday. I recommend☝🏻

Our stay was perfect

The staff was very friendly, we were able to check in very early. Pool and room were clean. Room had a nice style. The villa is located only 10 minutest away for the city centre of Dubrovnik by car. Breakfast was quite good. Nothing fancy but well worth the price. It was quite and we had a free parking space which was nice.

I absolutely loved this Villa.
The rooms are big, modern and you can see that they have updated everything.
I like the bathroom, it an OK size and I liked the shower as well.
People who work there were very nice and acted pretty professional.
We were pleasantly surprised by everything.
It is the perfect place to bring your whole family with you and spend some quality time with them.
The beach is only 10 minutes away so that is awesome because it does not include a lot of walking.
I definitely recommend this Villa if you ever find yourself going to Dubrovnik!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful city with everything we needed in this B&B house. Great location close to the beach and supermarket. Presents just like the photos. Very comfortable beds. Mladen was also super helpful as I had to contact him a few times with questions. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely and had everything se needed. It was close to centre and some beautiful beaches. Only a 10 min taxi into the centre od Old Town Dubrovnik for an afternoon or evening out. The host couldnt have been more friendly! The pool is great and we had it to ourselves most of most of the week. Everything was clean, the food on the breakfast was delicious, the view was fantastic, and all at a great price. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Newly built villa. Super clean and cosy apartments. All the furniture is brand new. Quiet area. Great location: 5 minutes walk to the local beach, 7-10 minutes drive to Dubrovnik. Free spacious parking! There is a swimming pool above all floors, and also BBQ area !!! Very welcoming and helpful host! Supermarket is within 10 minutes walking distance. Will definitely come back again! I thank Villa Avantgard for the great stay and atmosphere!

Travelled to Dubrovnik for a single night and stayed at this property. A great place to stay. Staff and reception were more than very friendly and personal. Hotel is very clean and functional. Asteful breakfast included with price of room. Location is pretty good, a cheap Taxi farme from the centre of Dubrovnik. This place is great value for money! Hotel is for each recommendation.

So clean and nice room. Location. Mlini is a quiet town to comfortable walk. The hostes always answered any questions we had, and always helpful. The selection of the breakfast was wide and tasty. Pool was very good.

Villa Avantgarde is a fantastic retreat near Dubrovnik. This clean, peaceful, and cozy villa offers a warm welcome from the friendly staff and serves excellent breakfasts. With a sandy-pebble beach just a five-minute walk away and a refreshing pool on-site, it's the perfect place to relax. The added convenience of a garage and easy access via Uber from the airport makes it even more appealing. Highly recommended for a memorable vacation.

Nice apartments not far from the sea. Has communal dinning area for eating own food a balcony and a pool. Very clean and friendly place. Near supermarket and other food places
