Hotel is super clesn, staff is perfect, their restauant perfect.

Location is great, near the beach for the summer holiday and the bus stop is in front of the hotel so you can go to Dubrivnik center very easy.

Shopping mall is also in front of the hotel so you do not have to worry about anything!

Great hotel. And if you are at all design interested, then you'll especially appreciate the degree of quality detailing that the architects have put into the place. Everything from the calming colour schemes to the sound insulation, the well thought out layout of the rooms to the furniture.
Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice, but delicately presented.
Whilst the pool was quite cool to look at, it's placement on the roof was not ideal (a bit tight up there). But the kids playing in it were happy enough. And I always prefer the sea, so not an issue for me.

I don't reviews often, but trust me on this one. I stayed here only one business trip night but I could live here. I stayed in room 209 which basically is a full size appartment; seperate bedroom, enormous living/ dining room with a decent size kitchen, balcony, hyper clean and large bathroom with bath/shower, and an extra seperate bathroom.

The bed was perfect, everything was cleaner then I ever seen in any hotel. I felt like the builder just handed me the keys as first user.

I dined in with complementary roomservice from the restaurant downstairs, and the wake up call was spot on the requested time, so I could enjoy the nice and high quality breakfast.

The staff was amazing in perfect English and when my Uber app crashed reception got me an Uber for cash or her own phone.

Loved it, you want to stay here!

The smallish bar is very modern and looks very nice, while not being overly fancy. It is full but not crowded. Mostly adults, very few if any teenagers. Prices are moderately high. Parking is included.

We enjoyed staying at OSH for a week in August. Room, location, breakfast, staff, service: everything was top notch. Not far from Dubrovnik (you can get there easily by car, bus, taxi or Uber) and access to the sea is less than a 5min walk. There is a shopping center right across the street if you need to grab something you forgot and the nearby Kogo restaurant is good for some meat and beer meal. If you plan to visit the area and don't need to be right in the middle of the crowd of Dubrovnik, this is a sure bet.

The staff here are fabulous, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast selection excellent and interesting. Lovey suites with great bed linens, bathroom cosmetics and well equipped if you’re planning to ‘self-cater’. FYI: Easy walk to the beach, the no 10 bus outside takes you to Dubrovnik but it was either very delayed or so busy you were crammed in like sardines. Would recommend taking the Vivado boat service instead.

We just came back from a 3 night stay. Great place. Modern, stylish, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms with all mod cons. Bus stop into Dubrovnik is very close. Handy Shopping centre across the road and there are restaurants down towards the harbour where you can also catch a boat to Dubrovnik. What's not to love!!!

Lovely hotel, very efficient and great facilities. We stayed in one bedroom suit which was perfect for couple with infant. Breakfast and coffee great. Do not do lunches or dinner, but plenty of choice locally. Well located for airport and boat or bus trip to old town Dubrovnik.

This hotel is very modern. Only a few years old .they only do breakfast but it's the best breakfast I have ever had.every thing is sourced locally. Staff are all so friendly and helpful .rooms are big ..beds are comfy. Very clean .can barely hear the aircon. I thought it wasnt working at first .not far from the beach .

Love the place and the team there ! Delicious breakfast, Cappucino and 😁Cortado. Great rooms and hospitality. One is the One to remember and to come back. Stayed there for a week. And the special ❤ to Vanja for her approach and all the help we received.

Just back from a 2 week stay. Extremely friendly, efficient staff. All areas of hotel were kept spotless. Location was excellent for Dubrovnik and local area. Airport only a 15 min drive. Would highly recommend.

For me, this is the best hotel in Dubrovnik. It has beautifull modern design both outside and interior. Rooms are spacey, very clean and fully equipped. Staff is one of the most cheerfull crew I've met in hotel. I was here 4 times and every time, it's a good time !

Lovely hotel, small grey. Nightclub themed. In a small neighbourhood near a main road which makes it easy to get to.

Fresh local sourced breakfast. Free WiFi lovely HD TV.. Small paid car park. Nfc keys.

Sound proofing could be better. O. The weekends you can hear the party downstairs. Also we could hear neighbours.

Probably a hotel for a young adult. Would recommend it.

Great hotel located south of Dubrovnik. It was nice being away from the crowds of Dubrovnik itself, and only a 15 min taxi to the old town gates (Uber is also available in the area and cost was about 15-20 USD)

The hotel was also a short walk to Srebreno beach and close by stores and restaurants. The hotel itself and the amenities were top notch. Spacious room with balcony, excellent breakfast in the morning included, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Really nice hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent with a nice mix of cold, hot and some local dishes. Really cool vibe about it. Room was very spacious! No pots and pans but that was made clear (you can do lunch quite easily). Nice but small pool on the roof (cool glass wall on one side). Big supermarket over the road so great for lunch things and 🍺! Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Have a walk to Kupari (look it up, a must visit!). Easy to get along the coast to Malini and Cavtat (pronounced Savtat). Also easy to Uber to Dubrovnik (get dropped off and picked up at the cable car so you don't get caught in the one way system and pay more). Loved it and would definitely go back!

Nice and modern. Breakfast is wonderful. Big studio room. But...they have big kitchen in rooms, but haven't pan or something for cooking. You can't use kitchen. Only to drink tea and coffee. Why?

Beautiful and modern hotel, it has indoor and outdoor pool(rooftop pool), sauna and best part is that you can control everything with an app from your mobile phone.
It's not for working class people, a little bit too expensive.

Friendly staff members! A flawless modern hotel in the area. Pool and gym are available for hotel guests. Free parking available on site. Shopping mall just across the road. Will definitely stay again for sure. :)

Super friendly staff, amazing rooms & rooftop pool & absolutely amazing breakfast, brunch & sweets 🤩 Stayed there in June & will look to return as this hotel is doing a great job
