Great surfing spot and very friendly staff
We rented 2 windsurf school boards. Well maintained equipment!
My daughters got instructions to refresh their skills. This was very helpful. Many thanks. Also during the 2 hours they got helpful tips.

If you stay away from Surf PIT, like us (75 min drive), just give a ring to them and ask about the wind. It prevented us from an unnecessary drive because the wind was too hard.

The Surf Pit was a great place to learn windsurfing in a quick course, our trainer Tonka was very professional and super friendly. The course starts with learning the techniques, then applying the learned techniques on the surf board in water and then windsurfing with the trainer.
The channel is also very suitable for learning, because there are no waves and the wind is not too strong.
Great sport, good workout, great experience.

Competent and flexible windsurf instructors offering the best for your money. Courses for beginners as well as for advanced surfers. Easy going and inviting ambiente.
Also do rent SUP and Kajak.
One year later... Still my favourite!

Visited 3 days in a row and every time very satisfied. Service very friendly with a professional attitude. The surfboards are in good condition and the access to the water is perfect compared to other rental places I visited. The rental is in a good location, the car is always parked no more than 100m from the rental and there is even a bar right next where you can have something to drink. Great connection for me.

Me and my son Paul (11) did a windsurfing course at this place in our summer holiday this year.

We were introduced into theory of surfing (not too much), practical training on land and then went onto the water. The teachers we had (Tomislav, Sara, Tonka) managed to let us feel that we could do it (it's all in your brain, Tonka), and we did. This is the Surf PIT's merit.

Those hours were quite an intense experience, and now, surfing is something I want to do in each of our holidays, if possible, and also at home. We should have done this earlier.

On our last day in Croatia, actually heading to the airport, we stopped for one last swim in the sea. Well, the beach we chose had a windsurf shop. We were so excited! We had two hours to enjoy. The team got us set up on a board and my husband and I took turns surfing across the water. We are in our late 50's so we need to take breaks, lol. It was a great way to end our vacation in Croatia. I even bought a yellow hoodie as a souvenir of our vacation. Back to the cold in Canada!

Last year we did a 6-hour course and enjoyed it very much! That's a very personal thing, but we like the atmosphere which was family-like. Like it was fun to hang out with the teachers and not only having a windsurf lesson. Our teacher Andrew did always make a lot of jokes and so created a very casual and funny atmosphere. We did enjoy that very much and of course he was a good teacher too.

Great place. Filip was super patient and helpful. I definitely recommend the surf pit to anyone trying to learn how to surf. I will be coming back next year.

Really nice Windsurf School, located in a beautiful location.
I came here to improve my Windsurf skills, and I succeeded thanks to the super instructor Donka and for the beautiful place with nice wind and perfect sea.
I really recommend to come here if you want to learn or getting better in Windsurf or just rent good equipment for really good price.

In the end of the season this year we had a splendid time with Tomi. Everything was great-weather, sea, people. Lessons were just perfect, we just had to relax and go with the flow.
