WiFi works bad (signal not good enough) - problem solved with my own repeater😉.
Few electric sockets torn out of the wall...
I do not remember more negatives.

Splendid view of sea from big, private tarace (each of 4 apartments has its own one).
Very friendly, comunicative hostess. At the reception we received a plate of fruits. She made her best to satisfy our needs.
Private, safe parking in front of the building.
You can co-use the grill place.
Clean, spacious apartment equipped with a kitchenette and a washer. We have lived here comfortably in 5 person.
Airconditioning (payment included in the rent price) - however worked only in the saloon.
Close distance to the beach (200 - 500 m, depending of your expectations), few shops in the neighbourhood, the city of Trogir in walking distance (about 30 min. on feet), good communication point if you prefer to drive.

Właściciele to uprzejmi i pomocni ludzie . Miejscówka , lokalizacja dobra - do plaży żwirowej jest ok 200m kilka minut drogi pieszo. Do centrum ok 30min pieszo, autem 5-10min. W mieszkaniu czysto w pokojach i na tarasie. Dom zaopatrzony jest we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty codziennego użytku, więc można samemu coś ugotować 😋. Jest sprawna i wydajna klimatyzacja oraz przydomowy duży grill. Byliśmy już drugi raz i śmiało możemy polecić. Jeśli ktoś szuka luksusowch warunków właściciele mają obok drugą willę o wyższym standardzie.
