Bistro Levanat

This place with the beautiful view and amazing food and service is definitely the hidden gem of the Brač island. There are many places on Brač where you can eat reasonably good but also with many places with well know "names" that are too overrated. But fortunately, Levanat is not one of those places. What amazing place we discovered! Only after second visitation it was clear to me that this is probably the place with the best chef, best service and best food on Brač. First time I had Ramp steak filled with mushrooms and panceta with potatoes and fried onion rings and domestic fresh salad and that was simply amazing! Second time I had a Beefsteak prepared in souce from mushrooms and complemented with, I think domestic butter with local herbs, pomfrit, and freshly cut salad. That lunch was exceptional! That was definitely the best Beefsteak that I ever had! Thanks to the chef. Atmosphere is very nice, great view, kids friendly, music is very well chosen (which is also very important to me) and the last but not least, the service is absolutely amazing! Our waitress was icing on the cake. What a pleasant and nice person. Thank you! I didn't tried cakes but my wife is swearing they are tasty and they are homemade and vegan. My kid enjoys it too very much. Can't wait to come again. Thank you!

The food was unbelievably delicious each time we came here. Meet, fish, homemade njoki, cakes, salads, great coffee. You can feel the cook knows what she's doing. The prices are reasonable, service is great, and the view is just amazing. I hate to write this review because I don't want crowds here, but this place deserves best ratings.

Normally I cannot give less then 4 starts if I am surprised as normally I did not expect to enjoy so like I did - this restaurant is something that you should try: if you are not sure, just sit down and order some starters, drink some wine and enjoy in the beautiful view. Here the problem is I cannot give more then 5 stars! Staff is really nice and all is really on good condition - clean and cosy. The best part of all is that they have next to grill and classic dinner (spaghetti etc) also great desserts. But yes, we have different tastes, we love different people as well or ;-)

I didn't had such a good meal for a while. White wine is from Hvar and really good. We had a home-made bread, hummus and tuna pate for starters. We stuffed ourselves. For mains, we tried tagliatelle with sea food and it was divine! Other main was grilled tofu with chickpeas and hazelnut. Salad was grilled aubergine and dried figs. All great! Lastly, prices are more than fair for the quality you get. And have a look at the garden next to the building, most of your vegetable comes from there. You might even see a cook going there to pluck a ripe tomato for your salat

Best food and cakes ever, love this place, everything is like home cooked meal with a twist, simply amazing, reasonable prices and the ambient is so serene. The fact they have a garden next to a terrace where you get your salads from is mindblowing. A must visit bistro.

The food is so tasty and I didn't find their dishes in other places. And the deserts...yummyyy!!!

On a friends recommendation, we came for lunch. And we're delighted that we did.

Wonderful location, very enjoyable menu and our waitress was fun, efficient and very friendly.

Loved the houmous, tuna pate and the tagliatelle were outstanding.

A hidden gem, it has everything you can look for in a restaurant. Very tasty food, a very fair price, super nice staff and a great view. They even get their fresh vegetables from the garden (see photo). If I could give it 6 stars I would.

I don't usually write reviews but I love this restaurant so much I want to tell everyone to go and visit! The food is delicious and the imaginative chef uses many fresh ingredients from their own garden. There is an excellent menu choice. After a delicious tuna pate with capers and local samphire served with some of the best bread I've ever eaten, my husband chose pork in dark beer, I had tagliatelle in a cashew cream sauce with fresh peas. Both were amazingly good. We enjoyed our meal so much we visited again the next day for a light lunch. The delicious houmous came with freshly made flat bread and was accompanied by a home grown garden salad. We also shared a large bowl of excellent mussels. The setting couldn't be more beautiful and the staff are super friendly. It is also incredibly reasonably priced. I can't enthuse enough about this restaurant so please do go and visit if you can. You will have a very special experience. We will be going back very soon to try out their evening grill menu. I can't wait!!

A real gem! Food is delicious, view is spectacular, and the vibe is relaxed. Affordable and great quality food on the menu. I’ve been to a lot of overpriced / average restaurants in Croatia, so this was a refreshing experience!

Visited this place twice while in Postira. Food is super high quality and price is very fair for what you get. Very obviously the kitchen head has had training. All fish dishes are great, veggies come from their own garden, an awesome selection of local wines, and a stunning view. 5 stars.

I had vegan lasagna and domestic potato chips yesterday and i was so happy, the food was great! the play of sunlight trough the wines gave me the serene feeling while i was staring at the sea. 🌊☀🌴🌿
