Elixir Vitae Studio

My 28-year old son and I had the pleasure to take a trapeze yoga class with Marija Grgurevic at her beautiful Elixir Vitae Studio. From the moment we walked in we experienced the calmness instilled through beautiful design, color and Marija’s own depth, experience, and confidence. Toward the end of class, she gently encouraged me to hang upside down emphasizing the strength and security of the equipment. I still can’t believe I did it! My son completely enjoyed being cradled in the trapeze and every move Marija introduced. I had never heard of trapeze yoga before and having done it, encourage everyone to give it a try, particularly with the divine Marija.

What am amazing experience to learn from Marija! From yoga on the rocks (above the beach of Croatia) to trapeze yoga in the studio! Marija is an exceptional instructor who can reach out to any and every person in her presence and make them feel welcome and accepted, speaking in her native language of Croatian and her perfect English and switching between the two seamlessly. Yoga with Marija is like a dance, moving with fluidity and strength from one pose and action to another. Thank YOU!

Its an absolute treat to be in such a divine environment guided or accompanied by Marija Grgurevic, the creator of this magical place, and rest in that expanded consciousness of hers. I had not heard of trapeze yoga before, so thought I'd give it a go. It was a great experience, with a very knowledgeable and encouraging teacher. Thank you and I highly recommend.

The decor and space area in Elixir Vitae Studio are so beautiful and modern. Attended a toga seminar a few months ago and was introduced to yoga with a swing on another day.... loved everything..

Elixir Vitae offers a calm of the mind and body workout. It's the place of recharge where one gets motivated for self challenge on focus, breath, and self care. Очень понравилось. Уютное место, способствующее полному расслаблению.
Если хочется отключится от повседневности и почувствовать себя свободным от проблем и забот, то это именно то, что необходимо. Занятия могут быть настолько интенсивными и сильно погружают в себя, что после трудно понять кто ты и где находишься))
Очень приветливая и профессиональная тренер, которая чувствует потребности каждого клиента и адаптирует занятия индивидуально к каждому.
Если представиться возможность, обязательно посетим Elixir Vitae снова.

Yoga ljulja, nešto predobro, stvar koju naprosto obožavam. 💟
Kako ju od milja zovem, moja Lila 👾.
Ljuljačka svojim slobodnim kretanjem ne dopušta opuštanje tijekom izvođenja vježbi nego zahtijeva maksimalnu kontrolu tijela. Takvim načinom vježbanja postižem bolji balans i koordinaciju.
Pruža mi potporu kao osobni asistent uz kojeg je sve lakše, bez gravitacije i bez rizika.
Osjećaj je nevjerojatan kao da si u nekoj drugoj sferi van svojih mogućnosti.
Da, to je ljulja, otvaranje novih sfera, istraživanje novih mogućnosti tijela i uma..!

Vrlo ugodno mjesto, mnogo dobrih vibracija koje dolaze kako od voditeljice, tako i od osoba koje učestvuju. Jedini, uvjetno rečeno, minus je limitirani broj sudionika, ali neka bude za odabrane! 😄 U svakom slučaju veoma preporučujem!
