If you're in osijek and are looking for a traditional restaurant to have some traditional fish from Baranja this is a must go. Beautiful food and atmosphere. It gets really busy so staff will take some time to get to you and definitely make a booking.

What a beautiful restaurant for the location. It seems it is always very busy. The place is mostly known by the fish dish called fish paprika, fish cooked in a delicious sauce and served with a home made pasta. It is a must try!
Also other options like the meat platter, fabulous!! Extremely delicious!!
Definitely recommended!! Good prices as well.

Really good food in a lovely atmosphere. There are a number of dishes to choose from, lots of fish and meat. Fish is excellent, fish soup ( FIŠ) is the best I've ever tasted. Meat options are really good too. There are a few vegetarian options but nothing special, very basic. Portions are decent size, you wont stay hungry afterwards. Prices are really good too.
Service can be a bit slow, probably because it can get a bit crowded, especially on Fridays.
If you are going for a FIŠ you should call and preorder it because it takes about an hour to prepare.

Fish plater was delicious, frog legs under seasoned but it's a personal choice

The best place in Slavonija i Baranja clean stuf is helpful and knowledgeable food was excellent waiter and waitres who served as was perfect respectful what i didn’t see in many place . Food was delicious!!! I am coming again and i will advertise you everywhere, Bathroom was clean and smell nice and shortly i heard nice live music with etnic music.Bravo!!!

A great restaurant with local delicacies and traditional food. The staff is friendly, the food while moderately priced (in terms of local prices) gives excellent value for money and the interior is nice.
This restaurant is listed in many places as one of the jewels of Croatian culinary repertoire and rightly so. Do not miss if the opportunity presents itself.
Tip: book ahead of time as they have groups, weddings and such often so, popping in on an off chance they are not busy might prove a mistake.

Perkelt od soma (Pörkölt Catfish) is absolutely fantastic here.

Very, very tasty traditional dishes from the beautiful Baranja region! Also really huge portions!
Traditionally prepared fiš paprikaš and riblji perkelt, both dishes made of local sweet water fish, are absolutely recommended among many other great dishes!
All meals are very reasonably priced! If you're going to try house specialty - fiš paprikaš, sort of spicy fish stew with hot peppers, just make sure to place order earlier, preferably an hour or so by phone call since it takes time to prepare this amazing meal! Also, it's noteworthy that one portion of this dish is enough for about two or even three persons!
After great meal, you can visit beautiful Kopački Rit nature preserve which is in close proximity, or some of the beautiful villages and famous vine cellars of the Baranja region!

If you are looking for a fish meal you can stop looking further. Fish soup is one of the best you can eat. You can order it mild, slightly hot, or hot. If you are like me, you can also ask for additional hot source, which is home made, and is indeed hot(I am competing in hot chilly eating contests and have won a few, so I generally like hot - so just you know who the advice is coming from :)) Fish plate is also superb, and would also recommend it if you do not like fish soup. They do serve other, non-fish dishes, but fish meals are the thing they are best known for. Definitely would recommend to go there. P. S. There is also an outdoor sitting available, and a place for your kids to play.

It's a full house on most weekends, so plan ahead. There's also live music, so the atmosphere gets pretty exciting 😄
