We headed up to El Corral after a long day travelling from Nicaragua, and wow what great first moment in Honduras :)
Food was amazing and the place is lovely but the owner and the staff are even more.

Carnes con sabor real, asados muy ricos...es el lugar donde la comida la he sentido con un gusto tan natural como el campo. Es un restaurante pequeño pero su comida es muy diferente a todas las demás en La Ceiba. No hay duda, deben visitarlo...sobre todo si buscan comida del tipo que anuncia su nombre: "Al Corral".
