Perfect and safe place to enjoy your beach day

We were there only one night but had a great experience. The room was beautiful and clean. The beach was great. We ate ocean front, service was extremely slow and our group was served there food was served at very spread out intervals. Our server didn't speak English and we had minimal Spanish so communication was difficult. Though the food was also expensive, it was absolutely wonderful! We will return, but, will eat somewhere else.

This property is described exactly as it is.
I can only describe it as perfect. We really enjoyed this beautiful house which is properly maintained, well equipped, spacious and decorated to achieve a homy feeling. Totally pleased with our vacation experience. Thank you!

What a beautiful beach. I was there on Friday, attendant guys was so kind and fast. The caracol soup was so good. Prices are comfy. Can’t wait to came back

Very impressed with the service and quality of our event. We celebrated labor day with our staff yesterday and enjoyed the pool and beach. Very clean and would definitely go back. We had a slight accident when someone hit their head on a post while entering( his fault) and the hotel staff reacted very profesional. 100% recommended.

Nice calm and private resort .. a small pool to have a relax in time. The beach is really clean and the personal is really great. Dinner and breakfast as well lunch was good. The Cabanas are also an option to stay and it have there own pool near the Laguna in the back part of the property. Price is fair but you should ask to stay in the room with the sea view it's amazing.

I loved the location of the house we rented, it was the first house on the left when you first entered the private community. The house number is M26 it's a three bedroom 2 bathroom with tons of space for a family of 5 even 6. The walk to the beach was about 3mins it's the closest house to the beach. You feel safe and secure inside the private community my kids walked around and never felt unsafe. The complex has the beach on one side and a lagoon on the other end. You have a restaurant near by where you can have food delivered to the house. You're also able to rent out some kayaks and explore the lagoon. Roberto is the general manager and is always there to help with any of your needs. A great spot to stay for a long weekend. Will rent out the same house if I ever decide to return to Tela.

Excellent place, well organized, with a variety of activities and services, and a really well trained staff for great service. The beach is clean, the view is amazing and the sea breeze really cools you down. Definitely a must for every tourist in Tela.

Fantastic resort to spend the day in. Nice pool and great beach. The food is fantastic. The seafood soup is amazing. The best one in town. Good service. We go every time we are in town.

This is my family's favorite place in Tela!! Beach and pool nearby - great for families with children! The restaurant has delicious, nutritious food! . There is also an incredible aquarium with aquatic species from the Tela Bay, which is worth a trip in itself!! Highly recommended!!

So much relaxed beach environment and did I mention....they have a dive shop and see critters to educate people with! Plus, the rentable houses walking distance away are perfect! We really love units M27 and M28! One even has a personal pool!

Great hotel if you want to spend a weekend relaxing and enjoying the beach.
The rooms are amazing, the staff is very friendly and their amenities are exactly what you need.

Came here for a day at the end of a mission trip. Didn't stay in a room, but the beach staff and restaurant staff couldn't have been any nicer. The beach is clean, and the food is fabulous. The seafood crevieche with plantain chips is basically a pico de gallo with shrimp, scallops and others bits that is so fresh and delicious. Great pool and clean facilities. I will come back!

Amazing place. Dreamy beaches and great service. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a get away locations. Especially on off season - we are spending New Year's Eve on the beach and we loved it.

Nice place to relax, wonderful beach and GREAT food! You can just relax during the day and you could also stay at their rooms or villas. Service is friendly and prices are very good.

The beach here is simply beautiful. Gorgeous, clean white sand. Crystal clear water. Service for food and drink available.

Shores Plantation offers both delicious local specialties made with fresh seafood and some of the most stunning beaches around Tela. They also provide diving courses and have a mini aquarium to explain about local wildlife. And I'm saying this as a local. Definitely a great place to visit when staying in Tela.

To my surprise the place was nice. A bit older building but maintained. The rooms were big and clean and the staffs were great and willing to help and talk to visitors.
