Café La Tinaja

A cute restaurant filled with Guatemalan history and culture. The owner is super passionate and friendly and wants to help you in any way he can. If you’re backpacking through and have a genuine interest in learning about Huehue you gotta stop here. Some local delicacies include: black salt, coffee, lamb, and fruit drinks. The frozen passionfruit drink was delicious!

Amazing place. The owner is really lovely and will make sure you'll have a great evening. We were asking for vegan dishes and they created new options just for us. Definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting huehue.

Tuve la oportunidad de visitar Café La Tinaja antes de fin de año, en nuestra visita con un grupo de turistas, sin duda fue una experiencia única, atención muy personalizada, recomendaciones para elegir nuestros platillos por parte de su antifitrión muy acertadas. El lugar muy bonito. Sin duda alguna volvería a visitarlo.

Un lugar muy bonito y clasico a la vez. A dos cuadras del parque Central de Huehuetenango. Un lugar con mycha historia para venir a comprar en pareja. Les recomiendo el plato de Cordero.

La Tinaja es una parada obligatoria si vas a visitar Huehuetenango. Es el lugar perfecto si quieres conocer de historia, probar lo mejor de la gastronomía huehueteca o tomar el mejor café del mundo. Y si gustas, puedes comprar productos artesanales. Las tortas son riquísimas!

Ideal para ir con los amigos o de date, el ambiente es precioso y el chef y dueño del lugar se toma un tiempo para compartir con los comensales... amé el lugar💖💖💖
