Quality care and serene environment

It started well the first day when I went to do my medical with Mary assisting me.  I returned the next day to collect my medical report. Nothing was ready.
This took nearly 2 hours to wait for the typed report and my receipt. Mary was off on this day.
The receptionist and the administrator got confused of who's job it is to do the receipt. And the administrator got rather upset when I asked for  for receipt as I was told so by the receptionist.
We still waited another 45 minutes after we had proof read the report for personal details. It was printed already... so why wait so long? The administrator did nothing to move ahead faster... exactly the opposite.

Another woman waited longer that me for her report. Nobody in a rush or has any urgency.
A Very Disappointing experience.
