I visited the bank to open an account in the first week of December . The first day was a very bad experience for me because we couldn't get what we wanted on top of spending long hours at the bank.

We had to return some days after to do other things.

The bank will never call you to give you update and when you do "ow I'm sorry I was supposed to call you " but you haven't!

We've called to inquire almost 3 times why we still don't have have the account number and we keep getting stories .

Today is 22nd December, still no account number .
We called few days ago and Clem told us the number was ready . So why don't we have it, no call , no message . Why do I have to wait for 3 weeks to get an account with your bank ? .

Poor customer care and they wasted my time for like an hour I had to leave to it pretty annoying I won’t recommend this to anyway if you are really in a hurry
