I have been to the Matrix Gym several times and I love it. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. They have a wide range of machines, free weights, and functional training equipment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Matrix is the biggest gym in Africa and it has just started operating at the Legon City Mall, located on the 4th floor. The gym is equipped with a wide variety of free weights as well as machines and cardio equipment. There’s also a football pitch on one of the balconies, a spinning studio, personal training studio and 4 studios for group classes. It is the new place to be for anyone looking to get and stay fit at the most competitive price.
