It's quite far from KNUST campus, but there are shuttles readily available to take you anywhere on campus for free, provided you're a KNUST student.

One of the finest hostels in KNUST campus in Kumasi with restaurant , barbering and shopping center .. I visited here and amazed to see the kind of facilities here
