Cooks and Bakes is amazingly professional! I live in the states and my fiancé resides in Kumasi. I sent Cooks and Bakes two pictures of cakes that I had in mind for my fiancé. Sharifa responded informing me which one she could do and the cost along with the food that I inquired about. This was a surprise for my fiancé and Sharifa made sure that his birthday cake and food was ready at the time of delivery.He didn’t know he was going to pick up his own surprise. There’s a video Sharifa made but I can’t upload it 😔. She came out with another employee singing Happy Birthday.. my fiancé was surprised and caught off guard… he was overly excited when he called me… I did much research on bakeries in Kumasi before I chose this establishment. I thought this was the same bakery that I went to when I visited Kumasi but it wasn’t. This bakery was much better taste wise from what I’ve been told! The customer service was superb from start to finish. From those that were at the gathering they all stated that the food and cake tasted great! I give 5+ stars to Cooks and Bakes for anyone not in Ghana that’s trying to do something special for their loved one. Cooks and Bakes is reliable and again professional, and responsive at best! I’ll definitely use this business again!

I ordered a birthday cake and was exquisitely designed beyond expectation, delivered as scheduled and the cake travelled for three days without even a mark on it because the birthday was celebrated at two different locations which are 2hours drive apart. The taste was amazing and brought happiness to the celebrants. The packaging was top notch and would strongly recommend for anyone. Order yours and thank me now 📌📌📌

First time doing business with cooks and bakes was on vals day and I was kinda disappointed because I didn’t get my package on time.
