A college for training basic education teachers. Total students population is about 3000 but when normal teaching and learning began after COVID 19 restrictions, the college, as with all other teacher colleges, has been running on double track basis. At any given moment in 2022, there are two year levels on campus while the other two will either be on vacation or assisting affiliate basic schools. The college environment is serene and welcoming
