I actually appreciate the customer service of Access bank. Especially their prepaid cards but it will be more useful if their prepaid cards were linked to mobile money so that you could load your prepaid wallets with mobile money. But overall customer satisfaction is thumbs up

Customer relations is subpar. The manager in charge of tellering requires some training. Some things are fundamental. Investigate personnel hiring.
