I will say this. If you love yourself and your items do not use them. My family and I used this company a while back and this has been sitting in my heart every time I think of sending things back because of how bad the experience was. How do you lose so many items?! And how do you not pay back what it due to others?!!!! An absolute joke of a company. Giving people the run around for months on end, lying that the head of the company is never in when we know they are there.I never leave negative reviews but at this point this shouldn't be allowed because you are messing with people's hard earned money, people worked hard for these items, spent moments of their lives to get these items that they can finally enjoy overseas
