I have been here several times, but the last visit is what prompted me to post this review. I fill a certain medication here and the last time I chose a different brand of the same type of medication and within days found it to be wholly ineffective. The pharmacy had not made an error and so I had resigned myself to having to discard the medication and buy the original brand I started with. When I explained the situation to the pharmacist on duty, he offered to exchange the remaining medication. It was more than I expected. This pharmacy really stands behind their products and their customers' health besides. Thank you!

A very reliable pharmacy in Adenta. They hardly disappoint. I’m yet to experience a day they didn’t have a medication I’m looking for. Also very pleasant staff. Please keep it up.

On a more serious note, these guys are very good and responsive. i went there on few ocassions to buy medicine and the kind of service i got was very good. they treated me as if it was an emergency case. i was really impressed. i will definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone

On the plus side: they offer a great range of products. However, I have experienced poor customer service in a couple of visits there. I was in a hurry on those two occasions, and in one, one of the pharmacists felt that her chat with her colleague was more important than attending to me quickly so I could get to work. I also heard about another unpleasant experience from someone else who went there and hope the management will look into improving the customer experience.
