PACE TOURS RENTALS AND AUTOMOBILE

For a longer round trip in Ghana (2000 km), we tried to rent a suitable car that would accompany us safely and reliably over the sometimes difficult road conditions in northern Ghana. After contacting several car rental companies, we found what we were looking for at PTR. The rental conditions for the Mitsubishi Outlander were reasonable and communication with PTR prior to the rental went smoothly. It was also easy to pay in advance from Europe once the rental contract had been signed. When the car was handed over, all the agreed technical specifications and safety criteria were met. In order to bring the car's liability insurance up to European standards, we took out an inexpensive additional insurance policy in Europe, which we thankfully did not need. We were able to resolve minor technical problems (e.g. punctures) ourselves on the road. For anyone looking for a self-drive rental car in Ghana, I can only recommend PTR!
