Turn in time at branch needs to be looked at.
Customer service always seem overwhelmed.
I got an ATM issue which was resolved and for that they're worthy of some credit

Their service is really bad when it comes to Western Union transactions . They can waste about 2 hours of your time only to tell you their system is down or they are not comfortable with the transaction without giving out any tangible reason. When you go to a different bank you will be able to perform these transactions on time with no challenges. It's better to go Madina Fidelity Bank, Access Bank Madina or any other Bank at Madina to perform your transaction. Please don't go there to waste your time when it comes to Western Union and Money Gram transactions. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED

Bad customer care and understaffed branch of this bank. I have been sitting here for the past hour just to see a customer care Rep. Raining with strong wind and 3 customer care reps.

Your time of opening the bank is bad, you say open at 8:30 am but rather it’s 9:00am . Also delay in servicing people
