Befit Ghana is a standard gym has been of help to me. Infact I have had a waist pain for the past months which I visited the hospital on several basis but all to no avail. But when I got to befit Ghana and explained to them the kind of ailment I was going through.. they told me I have no worries.. they trained with me for just three weeks Omg lol and behold.. my waist pain was gone I will recommend this gym to everyone
