Good service on the part of tellers, friendly in their approach to customers. small parking space making it difficult to park or exit the premises. Adequate sucurity presence in and around the facility. Very limited seating for customers, most clients would have to stand to avait their turn to be served because there is only one seat would can accommodate about 3 people at a go.

The bank was serving customers at very fast pace. When I got to my turn, the network was down for a few minutes. Even with poor internet service, they were able to serve customers who's branch was Tamale. Well, I traveled all the way from Accra and my branch was in Accra so they couldn't query my account information over poor internet service. After about 5 minutes, I got served.
