The current OA travel and tour bus terminal is one of private bus terminals that ply the Bolga, Kumasi, Accra and other destinations with moderate fares but cost of luggage very high. The terminal is found adjacent the Bolgatanga MTN main office without concrete paving and roof on the parking bay of their buses. Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is limited due to the size and nature of the terminal but all the same, there journey safety except some of their Drivers and their buses are not fit for some journeys.

I joined their bus (thomy) from Accra to BOLGATANGA. The bus broke down at OA TERMINAL at kumasi. It took 2 and 1/2hours before a a different bus was given to us. The replacement bus has brake problems and made three stoppages to fix the problems. Finally a flat tyre. Before we reached BOLGATANGA. Their customer service is poor. Dear Friends try the alternatives instead

This station is running a scam, and I recommend people to desist from taking thier Bus.
I cut a ticket for Accra the bus left ten minutes ago they told me the tickets is non refundable and it is valid for only that bus. This strange, The ticket should be working for a period of time.. This is pure robbery, I recommend u not to take thier Bus. Be careful, this is Bolgatanga.

A parcel was sent from Accra to Bolga on 6th, November 2021 till now I haven't received the package. I went to the office several times only stories. 😡😡
