OMG, what a poor service. IVF requires therapeutic practitioners, considering the service users seeking this service are undergoing emotional challenges coupled with having to pay large sums of money for what others get without even planning. The gynae I saw today was rude, and lacked all sense of therapeutic care. He did not introduce himself, rudely asked what I want and interrupted me severely when I spoke, threw his hands at me, and threw my file as he finished his poor consultation. The facility was dirty, the scanning probes were dirty ( I had to request the nurse to clean the probe). I was asked to complete a blood test for a surgery in two days, with no explanation of what the procedure will involve, the possible side effects and the outcome. I decided not to complete the blood test and not use their service anymore. I was very respectful and did not respond rudely despite the Doctor’s behaviour. I later called my sister to ask the person who recommended their service and she was told this is how the doctor behaves towards his patients and that he is autistic. I don’t think that is an excuse for someone in a professional role to behave in an unprofessional manner to his patients. This is against the code and ethics of the medical profession. I wish I went there in the capacity of an inspector, I would have filed a report for further investigation and put in action plans to improve the service in this hospital. If I could give a zero star I would.

I had a terrible experience a total disrespect from the doctor in charge, belittled the problems I brought, didn’t even treat me just asked me to leave very shameful
