This one of the branches of the commercial bank which I visited and was attended to in less than thirty minutes. The staffs are more adequate and very warm welcoming

The personnels are very friendly and welcoming.

Customer service is 65% good. At least 3 ATM will be enough

The services are good and you don't need too much effort to adapt to the system.

Its a banking hall without self service. Even deposit slip you have to ask for it from an official before you can deposit your money. Anyway, that's GCB for you

Visit the bank only when you cannot reach the bank online or by phone. This is to avoid long queues and overcrowding especially during the last week of the month and first week of the month.

I don't like waiting too much for a simple task done

My experiences here are not soo good, and this had been my 4th time here. The third time I visited it was like I was invincible so I had to go to Dzodze GCB to be attended to and it took me just within 5min to be attended to.
