Swift service, helpful staff, clean washrooms

The place is okay, with the ongoing developments, but then one thing I love, lovely staffs, very co-operative, friendly, always ready to assist, they are united, I observed that. I love them, Yes ❤

I like the view of the new terminal. Reception was good.

It's a great place to buy home and office appliances. The receptionist is very good and welcoming she made feel at home with her interactions with me.

Waiting area: You cannot hear announcements for boarding clearly. No board to read for announcements. Seating area is large, many seats. You cannot go to the boarding area until it is time for your flight. You can buy drinks (non) alcoholic in the waiting area.

Main airport: small snack / food area (Max 20 people).

You walk out to/from the tarmac.

VIP lounge in the boarding area. Only for diplomats and other official administrators, there is no membership that gives you access... but ask the manager on duty 😄

Kumasi domestic airport and not the international airport which is yet to be operational.
Courteous service, especially from the service providers at the VIP Lounge. Well done.

A very nice airport

It's a great idea they are expanding this place. It's just too small for passengers. And gets too crowed when flights are delayed as it happened today.
