Kpong Parkson is an Elite-like neighbourhood within Kpong. It is considered to be the Centre of Kpong. Impregilo Ltd, the civil contractors of the Kpong Dams lived here during the entire construction period of the Hydro Dams. This is evident from the fact that, the buildings that housed the engineers are located at Parkson. This is technically the best neighbourhood in kpong.

Kpong Packson is a residential area with a crowded settlement. Kpong itself is a business town hence the settlement is a moderately noisy place to be with most people involved in their personal businesses.
