Aburi Botanical Gardens

I love nature and the fact that this garden has so much to share and enlightenment… thank you to our great guide Martin! Very patient and full of knowledge. Next time I’ll be prepared to embark on the jungle trail… says the soldier in me! ☺ but in this garden you’ll find cooking spices and medicinal trees and even a “snake tree” 😳… peaceful grounds, a lovely place to pray and meditate and lots of trees rather giant size or unique stature. I’ll definitely visit again. The little shops are also nice to visit … Entry fees when we visited were 5 cedis for students,10 cedis for Ghanaian adult and 20 cedis for non-Ghanaian adult.

The place is serene. A fee of Ghc 10 is taken from visitors of the garden. Had a good time here!

Good spot to have day out, picnic, funerals. It is up in the mountains so weather is mostly chilled and cloudy.
You can enjoy a day with nature and have food from restaurants inside.
