Place needs a lot of maintenance but you probably won't find anything better at that price in Ho.

Stayed there for 8 nights. No water in dormitory section, because of no supply from GWCL for two days and counting... No initiative of staff to even fetch water down in available containers for guests. Had to make several complaints to reception and ultimately the manager.
We came back one evening to discover the door’s outer handle broken!
