Volta Serene Hotel

Volta Serene is not like any other place I've been to. The ambience in and out of your room is quite unique. Can't be put in words; I believe you have to experience it yourself. And I haven't even got to the food yet omg 😩 💯❤

Volta Serene Hotel is undoubtedly the best hotel in the Volta region of Ghana🇬🇭. It offers the best in terms of rooms, luxury 👌, business conferences and facilities. Foreign and local cuisine is top-notch 👌. Service in general is very good. I'd love to be there again and again

Perfect place for conference or just relaxation. Food is superb, clean exquisite rooms and courteous staff. Rates are reasonable

The rooms are well furnished, very neat with huge air-condition and netflix plasma television, the beds are king-sized , the cleaners are woow in their level of room service 👌💪👍,,
The WiFi never went off,💪
The gym and the SPA too were exceptional.
I had a nice holiday full of fun and on a clean environment with local healthy dishes and drinks. I'm glad I did.

I have always had a pleasant stay here. Great food and clean rooms. Generally the staff are amazing.

My experience was a mix of highs and a few lows, making it a memorable stay overall.

Starting with the positives, the hotel's crowning glory was undoubtedly the spectacular views it offered. From every vantage point, I was treated to sweeping vistas of Ho and the surrounding hills. The architecture of the hotel blended with the natural topography, creating a visually striking ambiance that left a lasting impression.

The breakfast buffet was good, offering an extensive array of options that catered to various tastes. The were a variety of dessert options with each meal for those with a sweet tooth.

The Wi-Fi was fast and stable enough to stream content during my downtime.

There were quite a number of entertainment options. There's a game room, night club, and two simming pools. Unfortunately, one of the pools was out of order during my visit.

The rooms were spacious and exuded comfort, providing a cozy retreat. The bathrooms, though functional, were a bit cramped, which was a minor inconvenience.

The halls and rooms adorned with captivating artwork added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall ambiance.

The gym left a bit to be desired, as it was more suited for light workouts rather than intense training. While it was satisfactory for cardio and light weight lifting, those looking for a rigorous workout might find it lacking.

The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns.

Overall, this hotel offers an enchanting escape with its breathtaking views and comfortable rooms. If you're seeking a serene retreat in a beautiful location, this hotel could be the perfect choice for you.

I enjoyed my stay and I will recommend 👌 people to visit the place for fun, relaxing, business, conference, wedding reception, seminars and all.

Great views and pretty high class accommodation. Staff are friendly and the restaurant has great views over the city. Food is probably better on the streets and local bars but as the name implies, a chill spot to kick back and watch some cool birds of prey ride the thermals

Speaking of good customer experience
I was at Volta Serene Hotel-Ho on 2nd August to pick up 4 packs of pizza we had pre-ordered .
The waiter who recieved us, made sure to clear a table for us to sit.
We arrived at lunch time, so all their tables were occupied.
He later got back to us with an apology that the kitchen will only be able to process two pizzas if that's okay with us.

We accepted, and later the waiter came in with glasses of fruit juice

This place is just amazing. I loved the serene atmosphere as the same suggest it actually is serene. Friendly staff Especially those at the restaurant. Their food was delicious and their buffets had so many options. I had so much fun I forgot to take pictures of the environment😃. They have amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym and a game room. Would I come back here ? A big yes 👏

Good view, good drinks and delicious foods.

Like the name, its beautiful a d serene.Very friendly staff from front of house, Spa/Saloon, Pool side, Restaurant (amazing food all through out). Emily, the Operations Manager is exceptional with guests. Beautiful location uphill and the views from Restaurant are breathtaking! Wish I could find similar serenity in my little village in Scotland.

The hotel on a hill is great for a moment of keep fit. Therapeutic scenery around and beautiful structures to make your stay memorable. Be cautious of driving up and down the drive way due to the steep hills. One entry and exit to the hotel not advisable in case of an emergency.

Beautiful scenery. Very serene location . The waitresses were all friendly. There was this particular one in braces , she made us feel at home and made sure we were okay . The buffet was one of the best I have ever gone to . The food was hot and delicious. I’ll definitely visit again

My husband and I came here for the Christmas holidays and boyy have we enjoyed our stay!. Staff are friendly, rooms are cool, food oh food is amazing!! They have over fed us with good food! Worth every penny we spent!!

Right at the entrance of Ho. Overlooking the whole town at the top of the hill. Good and affordable buffet restaurant. Well mannered and friendly staff. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay. The ambiance is spectacular. You should definitely shortlist it for vacation. FYI prepare a decent budget but the experience will definitely outweigh the cost
