Good customer service, separate pharmacy and reception for pregnant women.

Quick response to patients. Renovation works in progress

Always chocked and crowed but the nurses and doctors are always friendly and interactive.

I had all my 3 kids there. I can boldly say the people there are pretty nice. I hope it remains so

on Saturday, 6th January, 2018. patients were crying, suffering just to seek medical attention but the doctor reported at 10:38am. meanwhile,the one who came on night duty left the hospital at 8:11a.m. leaving the rest of the patients stranded.
this and some of the behavior of the nurses leading to the poor services on the hospital.

I agree with those who feel the doctors don't care about outpatients. We first went to the "European hospital", where the clerk claimed the fee was $200 GHC. Unfortunately for us, it was late so we had to return another day. We decided to try the "better" hospital. When I first arrived at the Kwesimintsim Hospital, the male clerk quoted me $300 GHC before I had my Ghanaian driver speak directly with the doctor, who quoted him $200 GHC and showed him the rate sheet. Your typical Ghana shakedown of foreigners. So sad. Ghana will remain poor so long as those who have a duty to be knowledge behave so ignorantly. I am quite reasonable when it comes to hospitals and waits. My son has endured 12-surgeries over 20-years. I've spent lots of time at lots of hospital, including some in under-developed Mexico. There simply is no excuse for the disrespect I experienced this week in Ghana. Shame on Ghana.I would rather die on my way to a real hospital first. Perhaps that is why Ghana has such a low life expectancy for what is supposed to be a peaceful country. Perhaps even locals are choosing death over disrespect. Shame, shame, shame.
