They had very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff and good location. It has serene environment.
Their breakfast was good and their dinner had variety of foods. You can choose between either a buffet or à la carte. There are rooms suitable for families with kitchenettes and a living room

First time here, surprisingly had never heard of it till now... service was good, wait staff was very polite and the food was quite nice. Only issue I had, and it was a small one, the fixtures in the bathroom were securely fastened, the toilet seat was screwed on sideways and the glass door to the shower kept making a cracking sound every time you opened it...but overall it was a pleasant experience, and I look forward to coming back soon

Great hotel. I have been in different hotels in takoradi. This is the best. Simple but will taken care of. Bathroom is standard room will designed.
I recently slept in their executive room just a wonderful experience.
Keep your maintenance culture.

My husband said “this is the nicest pork I’ve ever had”. My mashed potatoes was so nice and creamy. To top it up we were given complimentary starters (spring rolls with vegetables and Shito) while we waited for our food so the waiting time really felt short. All the staff were really helpful right from the security woman but I must give a special shout out to our waiter/bartender, Maxwell. He was truly exceptional.

One of the best places to be. Clean, serene, private, etc. The staff, Grace, Jackie, Jerry, Sophia were all amazing people. Their names are worth the space in my memory because they are lovely people. If it’s Takoradi, then it’s Palms by Eagles 🥰

I spent a night. I loved the King Suite (artwork, lighting, colours) Breakfast was superb! The pool is close to standard, and I think that's really cool. My customer service experience was a good one

My only issue had to do with the bed. It wasn't as comfortable because it's too soft.

My goodness their accommodation facilities is 1st class. Siren environment and their pricing is not over the roof as compared to Best Western Plus Hotel. The architecture and room ambience is world class. Nice customer service.

Excellent hotel, modern and ideal for business travellers. Wifi is pretty fast in all areas. Good food and service from the staff, ok. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very modern.

The hotel is one of the most conducive in Takoradi. It's actually two different buildings on different sides on the road. They have a nice pool side and a pool bar. Rooms were also kempt. Most of the rooms have balconies. Just like most hotels, rooms come with complimentary breakfast. Food was also very much on point

The rooms are comfortable and tidy. Nice, welcoming and hospitable staff members always willing to to assist with a broad smile. Enjoyed my stay!

Exquisite arenas to give customers that perfect relaxation spot.
