VFS Global Visa Application Centre in Accra

IOM Ghana is very clean and provides good services to all applicants. The workers are nice and treats customers good. But they relocated from Dzorwulu to Abelemkpe on the same building with Baptist House and adjacent Kempong Travel and yours.

Nice and warm reception from both the security personnel and the relationship executives. I will love to always come back here anytime I wish to apply for a visa to travel outside the country.

Very hospitable staff giving excellent guidance in applying for visa. Right from security point at entry through to insurance desk, information section, flight booking, submission session among others were all made up of cordial staff with smiling faces. Wait time is sometimes high and I wish something can be done about this and not just the VIP process for it comes with extra fee. 😉👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Don't arrive there more than 15 minutes to the time of your appointment.

Sanity always prevails here. An applicant can be angry or unsatisfied with a decision of the visa center but trust the security personnel here to soothe the pains.

Attendants at the South African visa section were friendly and supportive guiding me and reviewing my application until it was right for final submission. The tellers at the bank were also very resourceful, they explained payments to me and handed over receipts for every transaction made.

You step inside here, and you know it's a serious place. VFS means business. The security is escalated and the order of movement very controlled. You really can't afford not to have everything prepped and ready to submit before getting in here. The staff at the counters don't overly socialise, and you can trust that service delivery is top-notch. Loved what I saw.

I was surprised to finish my Visa Application process in 15mins ..and I really like that

Staff are friendly. Though it's very obvious it's fake friendly. Probably they've been pushed to be friendly. The security at main entrance is a jerk, feels like passing him will guarantee you a visa.
The service was swift. Took me about 30 minutes to get done with my application.

Nice spacious place ... More closer and easy accessibility to other roots like 37 or Tete quarshie ...

I love this place. It's calm and organized. Uber and regular taxis are all over for easy transportation. You get to buy snacks around also.

I went for a visa to attend a conference in Dubai this month. The staff I met were very good. They were polite and helped us to complete the process within a short time. You can process visas to a number of countries including S. Africa, Italy, Netherlands, Ukraine etc.
Just make sure you have the right documents for travelling and you'll be ok.

Conduit for most of the foreign missions here in Ghana for the collection/receiving of Visa applications documents. Collections of applications ends some few hours after midday whilst receiving follows till closing time. Very friendly and professional service provision
