I was here some years back to get my visa processed. The receptionist and staff were nice. I was made comfortable.

The only down side was the wait period took a bit of time.

When I had problems with my ITEC scholarship program in India, a phone call to them to rectify my issue was quick under 30minutes. Very impressive how they quickly assisted me.
