However, the pressure there is limited and and few limited numbers are allowed to enter for visa interviews. Right now their customer service support is also not available and everything is online based. Yet still visas are being issued and denied. I tried to find huge queue like it used to be but right now nothing like that. If you need help just email them and wait as long as they will return to you. I'm also waiting for their response

An excellent service point with professional and experienced worker’s, I actually enjoyed their services right from the security post to the interview point, the gentleman who interviewed me was a gem full of smile so it made my interview very calm and built my confidence. Thumbs up to that gentleman and the embassy for the good work...

The professionalism at the American embassy is serious, I used to go there for our monthly toastmaster's meeting, the gladiator's toastmasters.
The environment inside feels different, they have their standard regardless of their location.

Security was top-notch, and so was the neatness. The library is quite small, but pretty decent. Very friendly staff. They have ample parking space.

The ambiance is very serene and reserved for anyone who has an appointment to various official purposes. It is well organized and possess a five star customer services relationship.

I had a good experience here. If you make an appointment ahead, fill and print out all forms you will need, and do not try to take ANY electronic devices into the building, it helps the experience to be more pleasant and efficient.

Security is superb. Nice atmosphere and very neat environment. Safety protocols too are on point.
