I just sent my 15 year old son to the Apple store at the kumasi mall,and even though i wasnt around since they needed all my information, but the manager was able to communicate with me professionally and got my Apple id password fixed and changed, something i spent almost two nights to do.They are the best.

Just came back from the USA ,and had to transfer my info from my old iPhone 5c to my new iPhone 6s.Nana Poku was able to do all the transfer and gave me a very reasonable discount, am very pleased with their environment and shop, such a nice service.

My friend and I were looking to get new iOS updates and other servises for our iPhones . We went to several different stores in kumasi mall and at the end of the day we find ourselves at the istore in kumasi mall. I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like we received at the istore. The sales guy , Nana Poku, went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the info we needed and and the services that was best for us. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this man did. He is just an awesome and understanding guy. The whole store team at the Kumasi mall is great. But Nana Poku really stands out.We will visit store again.

The ONLY authorised retailers in Kumasi, yes they are new in Kumasi hence the reason for a lot of heat they are getting from the competitors. Try their service and products and judge for yourself.
Seeing some other negative reviews here, and since iStore is the only place they left a review for, it must be a targeted fake review by dodgy sellers which their business is now disrupted. I mean going as lows as calling names and nationalities? Seriously? get real!
If you are looking for a genuine products and genuine support, look no further than these guys. If you are that dodgy seller, well, find a better job!
