Shady and unprofessional alleged travel tour company. I booked a day tour to Cape Coast including visits to Elmina, Kakum National Park, Hans Cottage.
I kept asking them to confirm whether admission fees were included which they reluctantly confirm the morning of the trip after I refused to pick up the driver's call.
It was the most excruciating, exhausting and daunting experience ever thanks to the unprofessionalism of the driver and alleged 'tour guide', who admitted she was not and only came along to 'supervise'. She basically had no knowledge about the sites and was basically only paying for tickets and asking me to join the group tours. The car broke on the way and I ended up getting back to Accra past midnight. I was first moved to a tro tro, which was empty and refusing to depart unless entirely filed with clients, and then a shared taxi 🤦🏿‍♀
They kept calling someone called Cillia on the phone for instructions who could not care less!
They were certainly not professional driving and tour guide services. You just basically pay for the ride and they take you to the sites which they tried to skip. I refused to pay upfront until they took me to all agreed sites.
