Asafo VIP Station

Very clearly and safety at the same time very busy too

If it's not VIP bus don't board another. Took one other bus there in the same station. Started loading from 2pm. Finished at 5 and got us back to Accra after 11pm. 9 hours spent in all for something that shouldn't be above 5 hours

Asafo VIP Station is located at Asafo Neoplan Station.

The VIP buses are available 247 for trips to Accra. The buses are safe and comfortable for the long journey.

The VIP Station is a bit crowded with passengers, hawkers, etc.

The passengers lounge is however closed making the ticketing room which has no seats the only place of shelter in case of rainfall.

There is a washroom at the station. Food joints are very close to the station. The VIP station is also near the Asafo Market so you can still do your "emergency shopping" when you get to the VIP station.

There is a safe parking lot for drop off and pick up of passengers.

I recommend passengers travelling to Accra to go to the Asafo VIP Station in order to board safe and comfortable buses.

Had a worse experience on the 3rd of October, 2023. A bus that i was on board as at 10am made many stoppages on the way. Eventually the bus spoiled at Achimota around 5pm. What! Just calculate how many hours spent on the road

This yard is always packed with buses ready to move you back to Accra or any location. Just be careful with your bags when you get there

Asafo VIP Station is very nice, not all that clouded. But very noisy as every local stations. Everyone here is very busy.
