Worst courier... All they are interested in is their ratings.. Shipped items from the USA. They promised to deliver within 5 days, I paid hefty premium price for this priority service.. Item gets to Ghana, final destination is supposed to be Kumasi.. I get a call from fedex asking whether I want them to clear for me I respond yes... Next thing I see in my inbox is *item delivered* and they've even indicated who took the item on my behalf, whilst in reality the item is still with them.... They have been clearing, but since they want their ratings to look good, they falsely indicated on tracking thst its delivered.... I don't even know when my item will be delivered nor the current actual status... Too poor a service.. DHL, USPS do better

Fedex is just the worse courier company, your products delay, you call the office and they give you a number to call. You call the number it’s either a wrong line or the person answers and you’re never able to reach that contact again. It takes many days for products to be delivered even with Ghana . As i write now my products haven’t been delivered and I’m not getting the right person to speak to. SMH
